Membership Agreement & Policies

1. Membership Plans & Pricing

We offer four membership options to fit a range of working styles. All memberships include access to shared amenities.

Dedicated Desk membership reserves one of four assigned desks with a dedicated monitor included. Month-to-month terms apply. Weekly passes are valid Monday through Friday of the purchased week only.

3. Membership Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between the Member and the coworking Space located in Colorado.

3.1 Membership Term & Payment

  • Monthly memberships renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Weekly passes are valid Monday–Friday and are non-refundable.
  • Day passes are valid for one calendar day.
  • Late payments incur a $25 fee after a 5-day grace period.

3.2 Standard Operating Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

3.3 Dedicated Desk Access

  • 24/7 access via personal pin code.
  • Access may be limited during private events.
  • Pin codes are non-transferable.

3.7 Printing Policy

  • Dedicated Desk: 50 pages/month
  • Flexible: 10 pages/week
  • Overage: $0.15 per page

3.9 Guest Policy

Guests must sign a waiver and be accompanied at all times. Members are responsible for their guests.

3.11 Code of Conduct

  • Maintain a respectful and professional environment.
  • Use headphones for audio.
  • No smoking or illegal activity.

3.12 Cancellation Policy

Monthly memberships require 15 days written notice. No refunds for unused time.

3.13 Liability & Security

The Space is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal property. Security cameras are in use.

3.17 Event Rental Policy

Rate: $50/hour (1-hour minimum)

Deposit: $100 refundable

Insurance: Required for 10+ attendees ($1M coverage)
